Yep, it started with my son having a high fever, then my husband got sick. Now, my daughter and myself are just getting over it. Bronchitis. Yucky stuff.
I have good news. I had an interview at noon today for a new job, as I am tired of the drama at my current one, even though I have been at it for only two months. You never get a Saturday or a Sunday off, and we are working Easter Sunday, so I am missing my daughter's first Easter. I got the job today though, so I am thrilled. It pays more per hour, and I get a raise if all goes well after only 45 days! I am putting in my two weeks notice tomorrow, and hopefully all goes well. Pray for me.
The best part is that I don't have to work as many days, and the pay ends up being about the same as where I am busting my butt now. I miss my family, and this will give me the opportunity to have more time with them. It will also give me more time to work on some projects I have neglected, including that blanket made in the ombre. I need to get a camera to take some photos for you guys.
Well, that's all for now. I will post what happens when I give my two weeks notice tomorrow night!

I saw your comment on my blog (kniftyknittermom)the crochet sweater can be made for 6-9 months. Use crochet hook "H" and 4 ply yarn, if you crochet tight like me :D go up about 2 sizes "J" The lady that gave me the pattern said that she crochet tight and she likes working best with the "J" needle. It worked up really fast for me once I found out how to increase (that was something new for me.) If you have any questions you can email me @
